We’re a small, neighborly organization and we’re not going to do anything with your information beyond operating this website and sending the occasional email. In turn, we ask that you respect the privacy of the Association’s confidential documents and other users’ personal information on this website and not share them. This website does use two outside Internet services for part of its functionality. The Association believes that these services present very little risk to user privacy, but it is up to the user to assess this for themselves.

Information Sharing
Except for the following described exceptions, Meadow Creek Community Association does not share personal information with third parties, nor do we store information we collect about your visit to this website for use other than to analyze content performance. The two exceptions to this are companies that provide website services that improve the functionality of this website and the associated email mailing list. Information is shared with these services only in the course of specific interactions on this website.
- MailChimp is an email marketing company that provides mailing list management, email design, email distribution, and email response services. When you register on this website, your email address is added to Meadow Creek’s private mailing list that is hosted by MailChimp. Specific information about MailChimp’s use of client data is available in their Privacy Policy. Only the Meadow Creek Board of Directors and Website Administrator have access to this list. Mailings are infrequent, and you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking a link at the bottom of an email or by contacting the Website Administrator.
- PayPal is an online banking and payment processing service. Your information is only shared with PayPal if you make an online payment from the Meadow Creek website. Specific information about PayPal’s use of client data is available in their Privacy Policy.
This website uses cookies, which you can turn off at anytime by modifying your Internet browser’s settings. However, this will impair your ability to access certain content on this website.
Personal Contact Information Access
For registered users, the website stores the personal information they provide in their user profile. Each user can see, edit, or delete his/her own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). The Website Administrator can also see and edit that information.
Registered users may have access to contact information provided by other users in the member directory. This information may not be aggregated and used for solicitation purposes.
Content Protection
Meadow Creek Community Association makes no copyright or other claim to any digital content uploaded to the website by users. This includes, but is not limited to, text, photos, videos, and audio recordings. However, we reserve the right to remove content considered offensive.
Meadow Creek Community Association is not responsible for the republishing of the content found on this website to other websites or media without the permission of Meadow Creek or the content owner.
Access to Members-Only Information
Registered users may not share their login credentials with outside parties that are not eligible for membership
Registered users have access to member-only documents that may not be distributed outside of the membership.
Website Administration
Meadow Creek Community Association reserves the right to delete the accounts of users violating these provisions.
