For the 2024 annual fly-in event, Meadow Creek is again arranging golf cart rentals for residents. Many residents find these helpful to getting between home and the event, and for showing friends around the neighborhood. In order to get a good bulk rate, Meadow Creek is consolidating the rentals into a group and will handle the transaction with the vendor.
- Total rental cost is $175 each for the weekend. The full cost is due by 8/10/24.
- Cart is a 4-person, gas-powered golf cart resembling the photo above (but may vary in make/model/color).
- Rental period is from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon (August 16-18, 2024).
- They will be delivered to a central location in the neighborhood as a group. This will be at Wagner Drive near the pond. You will have to come pick it up from there and drop it off there later yourself.
- Non-payment of the balance by the final due date will result in cancellation of your reservation.
- Reservations will be closed (with a notice appearing on this page) if we reach the limit of available golf carts.
