Board of Directors
The Board of Directors usually meets the third Thursday of each month. Meetings start at 7:00 pm and are currently conducted at a neighborhood residence. Meeting information and agenda is typically posted on the notice board next to the mailboxes. The first half hour is devoted to an open forum for members to ask questions, make recommendations, or present concerns. An additional Board meeting may be added, as needed, during the month.

Architectural Committee
The Architectural Committee reviews all new construction home plans, major modifications, landscaping plans, and home appearance to ensure compliance with, and provide guidance regarding, Meadow Creek architectural rules. The committee makes its recommendations to the Board, which decides the issue by vote. The committee meets when needed, with time and place to be arranged. The Board of Directors is currently acting as the Architectural Committee.
Aviation Committee
The Aviation Committee is open to all pilots and addresses issues of unique concern to pilots, such as runway maintenance, airport operations, FAA compliance, roadway salting, and aviation event planning. The committee meets when needed, with time and place to be arranged. The Committee Chairperson is the Airport Manager, Chris Thomsen.
Rules Committee
The Board of Directors is currently acting as the Rules Committee.
